Temporarily install ISA 2004 server
Transfer the security rules from ISA 2000 to ISA 2004 using the Wizard. Test incoming/outgoing email. Install Norton antivirus client. Perform email/GFI folders exclusion as suggested by Symantec.
Transfer the web site and redo the FTP site Apply FTP authorization access
Perform connection tests with RDP, WEB, FTP and email.
Remove Active Directory from the old server. Physically remove the old server from the rack.
